Proposed Production Timeline

Below is a suggested timeline and workflow if we move forward with the referral process. This is based on a typical guest journey, from introduction to full episode launch:

Week 1: Lead Sharing & Outreach

  • Tanja reaches out to each CMO to introduce the show and schedule a short intro call.

 

Week 1–2: Intro Call & Recording Scheduled

 

Week 2–3: Pre-Recording & Recording

  • Optional 20-min prep call held if needed.

  • Recording completed (either in person or remote split screen format).

 

Week 3–4: Editing & Guest Approval

  • Episode edited (video, audio + social clips).

  • Guest receives full version for review and feedback.

  • Edits made promptly; guest signs off on final version.

 

Week 4–5: Launch & Distribution

  • Episode launched on:

    • 🎥 YouTube

    • 🎙️ Spotify & Apple Podcasts

    • 💬 LinkedIn Live Premiere

    • 📲 Short clips on LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts

    • 🌐 Featured on the Shoes of a CMO website with a dedicated episode page including video, audio, key takeaways, and social clips

  • Optional: A press release is issued and we can also work with the guest’s PR team if preferred.

 

⏱️ Total Timeline: 4–5 Weeks

  • Guest receives final version for review and approval.

  • We do not publish anything without written approval.

  • Any revisions requested are addressed promptly.
